The Appraisal Office was established in 2004 by real estate appraiser Tal Dvir. In the years prior to that (about a decade), Tal was involved in planning in architectural firms with a specialization in licensing and then in the management and coordination of projects in a construction company. Due to her broad vision, Tal took part in legal, marketing, planning and advertising decisions.
During the years of activity, Tal gathered knowledge, experience and expertise in the field of real estate (about 25 years of experience), accumulated in all its aspects (planning and licensing, engineering, registration, measurement, laws, marketing, project management, etc.)
Our office experienced working with the private sector and the public sector, All while maintaining the appraiser’s regulations, strict standards and professional ethics.
